The weather for Russian winter in December was strangely warm, though in the evening the cold soon started to come down, while the crowd was awaiting till the opening of the Red Carpet. Some media members were gathering around fire lamps to get some additional heat around. The dusk was closing, but the whole place was well lit and equipped with various bright lamps to shine even in complete darkness.

At the same time the cars’ procession carrying all the guest was approaching from a luxurious hotel really fast to arrive to the Moscow Premiere of Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol as soon as possible.
Tom Cruise and Paula Patton drove onto the Red Carpet with a modern concept-car worth of any good secret agent. Powerful automotive vehicle under the name of BMW Vision EfficientDynamics with doors sliding up vertically is a new project of the German carmaker, which has got its own special action-packed scene in the new movie. Tom Cruise was driving very carefully and stopped in front of the big staircase leading to the theater.
The next 1,5 hours the celebrities spent in close contact with the fans. They signed autographs in all directions and gladly took pictures with the public in the most unusual angles ever, while not allowing the security members to interfere too much. This day every attendee at the Fan zone has got an unique chance to touch Tom Cruise or make a hug around the neck of Simon Pegg, who son appeared on the Red Carpet accompanied by the movie’s director – Brad Bird. Though the Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol Moscow Premiere missed a Russian actor – Vladimir Mashkov, who didn’t visit the venue. Well, Jeremy Renner was absent too.
Then the guests spent some time answering the questions coming from the TV crews, while Simon Pegg was the only one, who found a minute to chat with the photographers locked in their zone. Brad Bird was happy to open the doors of the BMW again to show its luxurious interiors to the press. Inside the movie theater it was already very crowded. All around English and German speech was heard, which proved the international status of the event attended by various Russian and foreign producers and staff of the production companies greeting each other and waiting for the stars’ appearance.
Simon Pegg in his strict glasses wearing a short beard looked more like an IT-company owner than an IT-technician working in the field. Paula Patton was hiding her evening dress under a short fur top, while Tom Cruise arrived to the Moscow Premiere of Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol wearing a gray and stylish coat.
