In this movie a team of experienced agents once again travel to the field to save the whole world and own reputation. The «Mission: Impossible» (IMF) squad is still led by Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise), though this time he will have to work not only with the people already know, but also with some new colleagues that were chosen for his mission.

The new company for Ethan includes gorgeous and deadly Jane Carter (Paula Patton) as well an IT-genius named Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg) returning from the previous episode. This time they will be joined by a Defense Ministry analytic – agent Brandt (Jeremy Renner). The role of a Russian secret service hitman, Anatoly Sidorov (Vladimir Mashkov), has also found its part in this story. On the other side of the war there are dangerous villains like an evil mastermind Michael Nyqvist and a killer with model looks played by Léa Seydoux.

Certain scenes of the Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol film employ a variety of famous actor like Josh Holloway from the Lost (2004-2007) TV-series and Anil Kapoor, who starred in Slumdog Millionaire (2008). The IMF team will travel all around the world to uncover a dangerous plot, which can possible lead to a new Nuclear war. Not only its members will have to defeat the main adversary, but also to learn, how to act, when a plan fails, and unpredictable dangers arise.
